"I was in desperate need of a storage and was real lucky to find this place. The manager Ann and her husband were super cool. They also had the best rates in town. We rented a 10x10 storage unit for 3 months and needed to downsize to an 8x8 size and they booked me one immediately and also gave me plenty of time to my my stuff into the smaller unit which was very helpful. I reccomend this place for anybody who needs a place to store there stuff."

"This facility is under new management. Ann works hard with the new management company and clients. Her and her husband are professional and knowledgeable. Yeah sure there are always changes, but they work with you. It sounds like some people don't know how storage facilities "bill." It's very common if you get into the next month on any rental apartment, storage, they'll charge you for the next month. Wouldn't you if it was your company? "Would not go anywhere else. I have had several units here and at other facilities. This is absolutely the best storage place around. They are cost effective, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and family oriented. Real help from real professionals. I recommend them to everyone and will NEVER go ANYWHERE else. This is the ONLY PLACE for me. We can not say enough kind words about this incredibly awesome place."

"I love the customer service, very warm and friendly. The manager is nice, knowledgeable, and professional. She is direct and wonderful. The storage rate reasonable and very close to where I live. I recommend this to everyone. El Cajon mini storage is the best!"
